Responsibilities

• Lead the design, engineering, and specification of subsea equipment, including Xmas trees, manifolds, and control systems.
• Oversee the planning and execution of subsea installation campaigns, working with installation contractors.
• Develop and manage subsea pipeline and umbilical design, routing, and trenching strategies.
• Conduct structural analysis and integrity assessments for subsea components and structures.
• Manage subsea development projects, including scope definition, cost estimation, scheduling, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with API, DNV, and other industry standards.
• Interface with multidisciplinary teams, including project management, operations, and external vendors.
• Provide technical support for ongoing offshore operations and troubleshoot subsea-related issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of subsea engineering practices.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in subsea hardware, pipelines, and structures, coupled with a strong project management capability. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and performance of our offshore assets, contributing to the successful execution of complex projects. The role blends essential on-site work with opportunities for remote engagement.
