The ideal candidate has 10+ years of subrogation experience, multi-jurisdictional licenses, and a proactive approach to recoveries. Travel is occasional for mediations and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and negotiation abilities are essential.
• Experience handling subrogation matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate workers’ compensation & commercial auto claims to identify third-party recovery opportunities.
• Analyze liability, causation, damages, and recovery potential to develop subrogation strategies.
• Partner with adjusters to preserve subrogation rights throughout the life of a claim.
• Coordinate with attorneys, experts, insureds, and stakeholders to advance recovery opportunities.
• Negotiate settlements to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Manage complex subrogation caseload across jurisdictions and ensure legal deadlines are met.
