Qualifications

• Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations for the Government.
• Analyze data including revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule or expenditures.
• Interview managers and employees while observing operations.
• Develop solutions to problems with understanding of the organization and culture.
• Prepare and solve mathematical models and report findings.
• Seven or more years with DOD/Navy Acquisition/In-Service Programs.
• Seven years with Shipbuilding/Conversion, Navy funding policies and OWLD.
• Create and maintain large financial databases spanning eight fiscal years or more.
• BS/BA degree in business, financial, or technical field; US citizen; secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze information to inform government recommendations.
