Job summary

ORBIS Inc. seeks an experienced program management professional to provide technical and acquisition support to NAVSEA TEAM SUB and its program offices, including PMS 401, 425, 435, and related cyber and trainer readiness efforts.

The role requires deep involvement with submarine and combat systems and extensive Navy acquisition experience. The successful candidate will operate within the PMS425 program office, coordinating with multiple submarine-focused PEOs and supporting organizations to

Qualifications

10 or more years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field.
10 or more years of experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs.
5 or more years of experience working with submarine/combat systems.

Responsibilities

Provide support to NAVSEA Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) Submarine PEO UWS (SWFTS) Program Offices and supporting organizations: PMS 401 – Submarine Acoustic Systems, PMS 425 - Combat and Weapons Control, PMS 435 – Submarine Electromagnetic Systems, SUB-S, 07TR – Submarine Trainer Readiness, and Cybersecurity.
TEAM SUB is a combination of PEO SSBN, PEO SSN, and PEO UWS, collaborating with AUKUS Integration & Acquisition Office to enhance submarine R&D, acquisition, and maintenance processes.
This position is located in the PMS425 program office.
