Job summary

ORBIS Inc. is seeking a senior program support specialist to aid NAVSEA Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) within PMS435 Program Office and related offices. The role requires extensive defense program management and Navy acquisition experience.

You will coordinate with PMS 401, 425, 435, SUB-S, 07TR and related offices, manage interfaces with end-item customers, and ensure PPBE alignment. A Bachelor's degree, U.S. citizenship, and a secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs.
• Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer.
• 5+ years of experience working with the Navy PPBE Process.
• Degree requirements: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a business or technical field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• A secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide support to NAVSEA Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) Submarine PEO UWS (SWFTS) Program Offices and supporting organizations including PMS 401 - Submarine Acoustic Systems, PMS 425 - Combat and Weapons Control, PMS 435 - Submarine Electromagnetic Systems, SUB-S, 07TR - Submarine Trainer Readiness, and Cybersecurity.
• Support NAVSEA TEAM SUB PEO UWS program offices and supporting organizations, coordinate with end-item customers, and interface with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
