Job summary

ORBIS Inc. is seeking a senior Program/Project Manager to support NAVSEA TEAM SUB Submarine programs within PMS425. The role requires extensive experience in Navy acquisitions and USN submarine programs, and a current secret clearance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in program management and 5+ years specifically with submarine programs, holding at least a bachelor’s degree in business or technical fields. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience.
• 10+ years of Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with USN Submarine Programs.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a business or technical field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to NAVSEA Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) Submarine PEO UWS (SWFTS) Program Offices and supporting organizations: PMS 401 – Submarine Acoustic Systems, PMS 425 - Combat and Weapons Control, PMS 435 – Submarine Electromagnetic Systems, SUB-S, 07TR – Submarine Trainer Readiness, and Cybersecurity.
• TEAM SUB is a combination of PEO SSBN, PEO SSN, PEO UWS and the Direct Reporting Program Office, AUKUS Integration & Acquisition Office (AUKUS).
• This position is in the PMS425 office.
