Precise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Submarine Electrical Systems Specialist to support Navy leadership in Washington, DC. You will provide technical assessments, troubleshooting, and oversight for submarine HM&E maintenance and modernization.

The role supports Ship Design Managers and In-Service Engineering Activities, ensuring compliance with manuals and performance monitoring programs. Expect deep engagement with NAVSEA programs, stakeholders, and lifecycle sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or 10+ years supporting Navy customer in a business capacity.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with U.S. Navy modernization and submarine systems.
• Proven ability to plan, organize workflows, and meet tight deadlines.
• Deep capability in applying, enforcing, and integrating rules, regulations, and project guidelines.
• Working knowledge of configuration management and ILS processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive and programmatic support to Navy leadership and submarine program offices.
• Plan, track, execute, and report on critical submarine program initiatives and strategic actions.
• Provide engineering oversight for maintenance and modernization programs and documentation.
