Dexis is hiring Subject Matter Experts to support the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate. The roles cover program management, oversight, analytics, training, and dashboard development. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Eligible candidates will typically have eight+ years in the relevant technical area or 12 years with a Master’s degree, plus an active SECRET clearance. Strong documentation and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience.
• Active SECRET personnel security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical resource for one of the functional areas.
• Identify, analyze, and solve complex problems affecting service quality and efficiency.
• Develop or review substantive technical documentation for the assigned area.
• Advise leadership and delivery teams on improvements, risks, and technical approaches.
