About the Position

Dexis Professional Services (Dexis) is hiring Subject Matter Experts to support the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate (CA/PPT). These professionals will align to various technical areas including: Program Management and Oversight; Program and Project Support; Analysts; Training, Development, and Delivery; and Dashboard and Metrics.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical resource for one of the five functional areas listed above.
• Identify , analyze, and solve complex problems affecting service quality, mission support, efficiency, and organizational compliance.
• Develop or review substantive technical documentation demonstrating detailed knowledge of the assigned functional area.
• Advise leadership and delivery teams on practical improvements, risks, and technical approaches.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in the assigned technical area.
• Master's degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience.
• Must hold an active SECRET personnel security clearance issued by DCSA prior to contract performance.

Below is the pay range aligned with this position. When developing a range, Dexis evaluates compensation holistically, triangulating between external market research , our budget for the position, and internal equity to arrive at a figure that is fair and competitive. Offers within this range will be based on an individual candidate's qualification, relevant education and experience, skills, performance, and organizational needs.

Dexis pay range for this role:
$111,000 - $161,000 USD
