You will drive cross-functional collaboration with CCLP, BCI, AME, PDO, and others, develop design hardpoints, and guide transitions to downstream teams and launch activities.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with leadership.
• Vehicle/system level integration knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• MS degree is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, including internal, external, on-site and remote personnel.
• Ensure the team follows all applicable department and corporate standards, practices, and procedures.
• Develop hardpoints for vehicle proposals that meet component, system, and vehicle level objectives.
• Prepare presentations and score cards for senior management reviews.
• Drive system and component design development to meet objectives and transition designs to downstream teams.
