Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an Senior VSR - VCDY Program Lead to drive planning, design concepts and integration of VCDY components for future vehicles. You will own the program from conception through Contract Milestone.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive engineering experience, and the ability to coordinate across PDO, VCDY, manufacturing and other pillars to ensure feasible vehicle objectives and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years in engineering design and development.
• Strong written and verbal skills; excellent presentation to senior management.
• Able to lead a cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan scope of the program and its components.
• Ensure goals meet quality, cost, timing, and performance.
• Define efficient technical solutions with the tech team.
• Set up vehicle sourcing plan.
• Collaborate with manufacturing on make/buy solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional feasibility with PDO and other pillars.
• Track and report KPIs.
• Escalate issues timely.
• Report program metrics and status regularly.
