Job summary

Constellis is seeking a skilled Subcontract Administrator to prepare and review bid and subcontract documents, issue agreements, and monitor subcontractor performance. You will coordinate with compliance, legal and finance to ensure proper flow-down terms, insurance and security requirements, and maintain thorough documentation.

A fast-paced office environment is typical, with emphasis on accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five years of responsible subcontract administration, procurement, contracts, program management, accounting, or comparable experience.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency is required.
• Experience with Costpoint and GSA schedules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, issue and monitor bid documents and subcontract documents.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors and analyze proposals for management review.
• Negotiate and generate purchase orders for subcontract materials/services.
• Maintain contractual documents and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
