Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of related experience in program/subcontract management preferred.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead program subcontract management across a portfolio of subcontracts.
• Serve as primary POC for subcontract cost, schedule, technical, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with proposals, SMEs, and customer on evaluations and scope.
• Develop and manage Subcontract Management Plans and SMT.
• Ensure compliance with requirements, budgeting, and risk management.
