Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator II to manage the full lifecycle of subcontract agreements from initiation to closeout. You will conduct cost analyses, ensure fair pricing, and negotiate terms with subcontractors to secure favorable agreements.

In this role, you will oversee performance and compliance, interacting with leadership and suppliers to align actions with business objectives. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products.
• EPR/MRP experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of subcontract management and contract law.
• Understanding of cost analysis, pricing, and proposal evaluations.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of moderate to complex subcontract agreements from initiation to closeout.
• Conduct cost and price analyses to ensure fair and reasonable pricing.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with subcontractors to achieve favorable agreements.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and compliance with contract requirements; take corrective actions as needed.
