Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Manager for Melbourne, FL to oversee the full lifecycle of subcontracts across government, commercial, and international customers. You will develop strategies, draft SOWs, negotiate terms, and manage award and performance with cross-functional teams.

The role requires DoD contract experience, strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR/ITAR, and the ability to guide a team in a fast-paced environment; travel may be required, and security clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; or Graduate Degree with 2+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• DoD contract experience is required; familiarity with FAR/DFAR/ITAR laws is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of subcontracts from strategy to award and management.
• Coordinate with U.S. Federal Government, Commercial and International customers.
• Lead a team of Subcontracts Administrators and Managers.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, cost targets, and supplier performance.
