Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Specialist, Subcontracts to lead all program supply chain activities, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontracts across complex programs. The role requires reviewing SOWs, coordinating with contracts, PMO, engineering, and finance teams to ensure conformance to prime contracts and regulations.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience, DoD/ITAR familiarity, and proficiency with MS Office; FAA

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
FAA public trust clearance required.
Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

Lead program's supply chain activities and communicate with senior management.
Support cross-functional requests (Contracts, PMO, BD, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Operations, etc.).
Moderate understanding of production, development, services, repairs, and sustainment.
Negotiate subcontract terms and manage program risk.
Review SOWs to ensure clarity in scope and technical requirements.
Award and manage subcontracts; prepare compliant PO/Subcontracts packages as needed.
Serve as single point of contact for POs, subcontractors, and internal customers.
Identify trends in Subcontracts data and monitor milestones and performance requirements.
