KBR is seeking a highly capable Sr. Subcontracts Administrator to lead subcontract activities and ensure seamless integration with program goals for governmental and commercial work.

The role emphasizes rigorous cost, schedule, and quality controls across multiple projects. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, oversee procurement cycles, and drive negotiations while maintaining compliance with FAR/DFAR and internal policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• 10+ years of procurement/subcontract management experience.
• Experience negotiating Master Service Agreements and complex Subcontract Agreements.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Drive major subcontract execution including cost, schedule, technical, and quality; ensure full integration within the program.
• Serve as primary contact between the subcontractor and project management team.
• Oversee the entire procurement cycle, coordinating between technical teams and suppliers.
• Lead supplier negotiations regarding cost, terms and conditions, and long-term agreements.
• Develop supplier sourcing strategies and metrics (scorecards).
• Measure, manage, and improve vendor delivery performance; conduct price analysis as required.
• Support business development, proposals and new pursuits as needed.
