Job summary

V2X is seeking a Sr. Subcontracts Administrator to oversee the full subcontract life cycle for DoW and other government programs, including fast-paced environments and remote/OCONUS operations.

Responsibilities span from solicitations to closeout, ensuring compliance with prime contract requirements and regulations. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Contract Management, Engineering or related field; 1 year substitution rule applies.
• Experience: 6+ years in subcontracts, procurement, or contracts within government contracting.
• FAR/DFARS experience and ability to draft/ process subcontract documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue solicitations (RFQs/RFPs/RFIs) to qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
• Draft and process subcontracts and purchase orders, including change orders and modifications.
• Support negotiation of price, schedule, terms, and conditions with subcontractors under Supply Chain leadership.
• Administer subcontracts through performance, monitor delivery dates, funding, scope, invoicing, and contractual compliance.
• Develop subcontract strategies aligning with program objectives and risk management.
• Perform cost/price analyses appropriate to procurement type and risk.
• Maintain subcontract files for CPSR and internal audits.
• Support proposal activities with competitive bids and timely responses.
