Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to lead the formation and management of subcontracts and purchase orders for DoW and government programs. You will work with Program Management, Supply Chain, and Legal to ensure competitive awards and compliance with prime contracts.

The role requires knowledge of FAR/DFARS, experience with cost/price analyses, and the ability to navigate fast-paced, contingency environments. US citizenship and security-clearance readiness are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Six years of progressive government subcontract experience.
Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contracts.
US Citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

Form, administer, and manage subcontracts and purchase orders for DoW and government contracts.
Coordinate with Program Management and Supply Chain to ensure compliant awards.
Prepare RFQs/RFPs/RFIs and support source selection.
Draft and process subcontracts and purchase orders, including changes.
Monitor delivery dates, funding, invoicing, and contractual compliance.
Support subcontract strategies and risk management.
