Government programs, including DoW/DoD and international customers. You will drive risk management, compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and CPSR, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced, contingency-focused environment. Based in the United States, this role requires extensive experience in complex subcontracts, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to operate

Qualifications

• Education and years of relevant government/DOD subcontracting experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional subcontract teams.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end subcontract management from planning to closeout.
• Develop subcontracting strategies to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals.
• Prepare solicitations and conduct source selection per FAR/DFARS.
• Negotiate terms, manage performance, and ensure compliance.
