Job summary

V2X, a global provider of mission-support solutions, seeks a senior procurement professional to manage complex purchasing, contracts, and supplier relations. The role emphasizes cost efficiency, compliance with FAR/DFARS, and cross-functional collaboration across programs and finance.

Applicants should have 10+ years in procurement, a BS/BA, and familiarity with government contracting. Travel to project locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years procurement, subcontracting, purchasing & contract management experience.
• Experience with government purchasing (FAR/DFARS) is preferred.
• NCMA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchases a variety of complex or technical services, materials, and supplies with attention to cost and delivery.
• Reviews requisitions, negotiates prices and terms, and selects suppliers to meet requirements.
• Engages in sourcing vendors when no approved supplier base exists and conducts cost analyses.
• Coordinates with Program Office and departments to track awards through order closure.
• Maintains documentation for purchases in accordance with government and company policies.
