Job summary

First Point Group is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator in Chandler, AZ to support EPC projects from tendering through award and administration. The role requires collaborating with bidders, project teams, and internal stakeholders to establish clear contractual requirements while ensuring compliance with project objectives.

You will monitor subcontract performance, costs, schedule progress, and risks, and prepare change orders and amendments to support timely project execution with integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required; 5–8 years of relevant subcontract/contract administration experience, or 9–12 years in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in subcontract or contract administration.
• Demonstrated experience managing formation and award of large, moderately complex contracts.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and industry practices.
• Experience with EPC contracts and change order negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple subcontracts and service agreements.
• Lead subcontract formation activities: identify bidders, issue RFPs, coordinate clarifications.
• Evaluate bids and prepare commercial bid summaries and award recommendations.
• Prepare and administer change orders and contract amendments.
• Monitor subcontract performance, cost, schedule, and risks; provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, and Support Services teams on contractual rights and obligations.
