Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a related field.
• 8–10+ years of contract management experience on large EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a variety of contracts and subcontracts.
• Lead or support contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout with accurate records.
• Coordinate pre-bid meetings, bid clarifications, and risk assessment discussions.
• Monitor performance, track milestones, and address issues with legal, procurement, and project teams.
