Responsible for in field subcontractor management of US Government construction projects as the Site/Buyer representative. As the central point of contact, communicate with subcontractors, technical staff, and the local field office regarding any issues that arise from constructability design review to project completion. Work closely with subcontractors as a liaison to ensure that all construction work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations, permit requirements, and safety standards. Additionally, the STR focuses on the specific performance of a subcontractor in relation to the technical requirements of the subcontract. Responsible for technical quality and compliance with deliverables and acts as the technical authority, ensuring that the subcontractors work aligns with engineering standard, specifications, and the contract.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
$106,200.00 - $166,000.00 annually

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation.
