Job summary

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a Construction Site Representative to provide on-site technical oversight of construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specs and OSHA safety standards. You will work with the project team to coordinate activities, monitor quality, and maintain accurate progress records for stakeholders.

The role emphasizes safe operations, risk mitigation, and clear communication.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 11 years of relevant experience; or Associates degree with 9 years; or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills are required to coordinate with the project team and stakeholders.
ESH oversight experience and construction background are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical field oversight of construction projects in accordance with specifications and OSHA safety rules.
Monitor construction quality and coordinate with all entities involved in the project; maintain accurate progress records.
Ensure safe operations, mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
