Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking a Subcontract Program Manager to oversee multiple development subcontracts within the Quantum Sensing Solutions group. The role leads strategic suppliers, integrates subcontractor activities into program schedules, and assesses performance, risk, and opportunities across government, national security, aerospace, and related markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or related field.
• 10+ years of subcontract program management or hardware development programs in U.S. government aerospace or NASA.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR and contract flow-down requirements.
• Experience with IMS, Risk registers, EVM, and program reviews.
• Experience in source selection, including SOW development and supplier vetting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic suppliers and subcontractors for major programs.
• Manage subcontract performance against cost, schedule, technical, and quality requirements.
• Develop supplier execution and recovery plans; conduct supplier reviews.
• Escalate and resolve supplier issues; track progress and risks.
• Lead major subcontract negotiations and oversee awards, modifications, and closeout.
