Job summary

Loft Federal seeks a Senior Subcontract Program Manager to lead subcontract execution across federal space programs, proposals, and strategic supplier relationships.

The role brings structure, ownership, and discipline to subcontractor management from proposal through closeout, partnering with Programs, Contracts, Finance, Engineering, Legal, Security, Quality, and Growth to ensure cost, schedule, and deliverable commitments are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in subcontract or supplier program management or related government contracting roles.
• Experience managing subcontractors against cost, schedule, technical and deliverable requirements.
• Experience with government contracting, aerospace, defense or space programs.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, supplier documentation and subcontract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractor execution across the full program lifecycle from proposal to closeout.
• Coordinate with Program, Contracts, Finance, Engineering, and Legal to ensure compliance and performance.
• Track sub-contractor performance against cost, schedule, and technical deliverables.
• Improve proposal-to-execution continuity by carrying supplier commitments into program startup.
