Job summary

Loft Federal seeks a Program Manager to drive government and national security space programs, coordinating with Federal leadership, engineering, contracts, and customers. You will manage schedules, risk, and deliverables to ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

Ideal candidates are organized, credible with customers, and prepared to grow into larger program ownership while partnering with cross-functional teams across contracts, finance, and security.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• 3+ years of program management or related experience in government/space.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of customer contracts across cost, schedule, technical, contractual, and deliverable requirements.
• Serve as day-to-day, customer-facing program interface for assigned programs and workstreams.
• Prepare for and support customer meetings, program reviews, and status updates.
• Track commitments, deliverables, risks, actions, and follow-ups through closure.
• Maintain program artifacts: trackers, risk registers, status reports, and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, mission, product, finance, security, contracts, and subcontractors.
