Loft is seeking a seasoned Supplier Program Manager to lead sub‑contract management with aerospace suppliers in a fast‑paced, international setting. You will negotiate, draft, and execute milestone‑based contracts while aligning with engineering and legal teams.

The role requires 6+ years in sub‑contracting, strong negotiation and stakeholder skills, and familiarity with ITAR/FAR/DFARS. Based in Golden, CO, with global collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 6+ years in sub-contract management, ideally space/defense.
• Experience with multi‑million contract procurements and lifecycle management.
• Fluent English; French helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of export controls: ITAR, EAR; FAR/DFARS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in evaluation, negotiation and closure of critical sub‑contracts with strategic suppliers.
• Manage contract changes and maintain auditable records across lifecycle.
• Review contracts for technical, quality, and regulatory compliance; flag non‑conformances.
• Monitor supplier performance against schedule, cost and quality targets.
• Identify supply risks and report to Director of Strategic Suppliers.
• Develop internal/external relationships to facilitate contract execution.
• Coordinate deliverables, milestones, and integration into the Integrated Master Schedule.
