Job summary

Loft Federal, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Loft Orbital Solutions, is seeking a Program Manager to support customer-facing execution across federal space programs and contracts in Colorado.

This hands-on role coordinates with Federal leadership, engineering, mission teams, contracts, and finance to keep programs organized and moving. The ideal candidate is early to mid-career, highly organized, credible with customers, and ready to grow into larger program ownership over time.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance.
• 3+ years of program management or related experience.
• Experience with government contracts or national security projects.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, contracts, finance and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day program interface for assigned programs and workstreams.
• Prepare for and support customer meetings, reviews, and status updates.
• Track commitments, deliverables, risks, and actions through closure.
• Maintain program artifacts including schedules, risk registers, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align work with contract requirements.
