Job summary

You will support the procurement organization, act as subcontract manager for ICP development scope, and negotiate/subcontract elements while coordinating with contracts administration and purchasing.

Responsibilities include preparing bid packages, conducting bidders' conferences, analyzing proposals, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from accredited college or university.
• Experience with supply chain management, buying, or procurement.
• FAR or DFAR knowledge and compliance.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, issue, and administer subcontracts.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance on subcontracts.
• Lead subcontract management teams and development of subcontract specs.
• Prepare bid packages and conduct bidders' conferences.
