Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in international supply chain and strategy development.
• Experience with Export/Import Compliance.
• Experience with Program or Project Management.
• Executive presence and presentation and influencer skills set to include written/verbal communications.
• Change Management and Communications experience.
• Problem Solving experience to include Root Cause Corrective Action.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Global Supply Chain and Industrial Development and ASBD.
• Develop globalization strategies for buying teams to work with international suppliers.
• Ensure alignment of subcontract strategies with global leadership and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional team to ensure subcontract execution and program delivery.
• Manage all costs, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance for contracts.
