Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with major commodities typically procured for Semiconductor, Datacenter, Battery Manufacturing or Life Science projects; knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
• Lead auditor experience for supplier quality systems and capability surveys.
• Experience with ISO9001, IATF16949, AS9100, ISO13485 quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of bid request packages, addenda, and related bid-cycle documentation.
• Review bid tabulations for accuracy, bidder recommendations, and supplier selections within authority.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract commitments within delegated signing authority.
• Develop and maintain project master contract forms and terms and conditions.
• Coordinate and participate in supplier quality surveillance activities.
