Job summary

Contract Safety Professionals is seeking a Senior Construction Safety Manager – Semiconductor for an on-site Clay/Syracuse project in New York. You will act as Owner’s Representative safety consultant, providing field oversight, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards on a major semiconductor construction endeavor.

Your background includes 5+ years in construction safety, semiconductor experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety / EHS experience.
• Semiconductor construction experience is required.
• Experience with JHA/JSA/AHA, Pre-Task Planning, LOTO and high-risk activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day construction safety oversight on active semiconductor sites.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and enforce project safety plans.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Review and influence contractor EHS programs and permits.
• Coordinate with owner and stakeholders in meetings and reporting.
