Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA seeks a Subcontracts Manager responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate‑to‑high‑risk, modified COTS, performance‑specification and complex build‑to‑print subcontracts for commercial, DoD and international programs.

You will lead multifunctional subcontract management teams, hold procurement delegation, and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
• Experience in procurement/buying, supply chain, purchase orders or related fields.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on complex subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and sign supplier agreements.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements and terms for materials and services.
• Oversee bids, proposals, negotiations and awards for diverse programs.
• Support the Empennage content on the C-130 program.
