Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Program Management - Senior Staff in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee subcontractors and critical subcontracted systems, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company policies while leading cost, schedule, and technical performance efforts.

You will develop strategic sourcing plans, act as main liaison with subcontractors and the program management office, and drive all phases from business case to contract closeout.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of leading supply chain professionals and procurement activity.
• Experience in developing long-term strategies and financial planning within programs.
• Experience with program management including estimates, spend plans, budgets, and IMS tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor and subcontracted systems across contract types and programs.
• Direct costs, quality, schedule, and technical performance for the subcontractor.
• Develop sourcing and subcontract PM plans addressing capture, execution, and risk.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure subcontract execution and program delivery.
