Job summary

Moog Inc. seeks a Senior Logistics Contracts Manager to lead negotiations and manage contract requirements for the enterprise Logistics category. The role supports multiple operating groups and global locations with a hybrid schedule in East Aurora, NY and onsite options in Buffalo.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Business/SCM/Finance (JD preferred) and 7+ years of contracts experience with at least 3 in leadership, plus US export controls and Incoterms familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or a related technical discipline.
• JD preferred.
• Seven+ years of relevant contracts experience with at least three years in leadership.
• Experience with global logistics contracts and UCC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement managers to develop and execute procurement strategies.
• Prepare and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Draft contractual language and address proposed deviations.
• Provide contracts guidance to procurement and logistics teams.
• Maintain records of contracts, amendments and supplier communications.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and standard agreements.
• Identify and mitigate risks in vendor contracts.
• Improve contract lifecycle processes and implement changes.
• Upskill staff through training on contract requirements and terms.
