Job summary

Varley Clothing Limited in New York seeks a Senior Style Advisor to be a brand ambassador, keyholder, and driver of exceptional customer experiences. You will mentor peers, support store leadership, and help deliver Varley’s service standards on the shop floor.

You will style customers, create outfits, and contribute to events and VIP experiences. A minimum of 2 years in supervisory retail, premium or omnichannel, with strong communication and product knowledge, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ supervision or service-led retail experience in premium/omnichannel environments.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building loyalty.
• Strong styling, product storytelling and personalized service skills.
• Comfort with retail tech including POS systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible ambassador for Varley and cultivate trust with customers.
• Build long-term relationships to grow loyalty and repeat business.
• Lead by example delivering Varley service ceremony across interactions.
• Provide styling advice and outfit guidance to exceed expectations.
• Mentor junior Style Advisors and share insights with leadership.
