Job summary

Varley is seeking a Style Advisor to deliver the Varley service ceremony on the shop floor, build meaningful relationships with customers, and support the store’s commercial objectives. You will collaborate with teammates to maintain brand standards and contribute to events and VIP appointments.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail experience, a passion for fashion, strong customer service skills, and comfort with POS, CRM, and digital clienteling tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar retail or service-led role.
• Comfortable using POS systems, CRM, and digital tools for clienteling.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
