Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or service-led retail role in premium or omnichannel environments.
• Strong styling and product storytelling capabilities.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and drive customer-centric selling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Varley customer experience consistently as a brand ambassador and keyholder.
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through personalized service and clienteling.
• Provide styling advice, create outfits, and offer personalized guidance to exceed expectations.
• Lead operations on the shop floor, maintain store presentation, and support store initiatives.
• Mentor junior Style Advisors and share insights with the leadership team.
• Utilize CRM and omnichannel tools to enhance customer relationships and engagement.
