Job summary

Varley Clothing seeks a Style Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build meaningful client relationships. You will support the store’s commercial objectives with styling expertise and a polished service ceremony on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include delivering personalised styling, creating outfits, and contributing to strong KPIs while maintaining store standards. Flexibility for weekends/evenings is required in a fast-paced omnichannel environment.

• Flexible to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Comfortable using POS systems, CRM, and digital tools for clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Varley, delivering personalised service and building trust and community with customers.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Deliver the Varley service ceremony consistently, providing styling advice, creating outfits, and exceeding customer expectations.
