Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience developing and conducting professional development/training.
• Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, interpret and explain laws and procedures, evaluate data, and make decisions and recommendations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide leadership and direction.
• Ability to work effectively and maintain positive relationships with employees, students, parents, and other individuals outside the District.
• Valid California driver’s license and personal car for use on District business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates District's student and school safety program, including bullying and violence prevention, intervention, and response programs, conflict management, gang risk intervention, hate-violence motivated behavior.
