Responsibilities

• Provide support to senior capital markets bankers to win ABS/CLO mandates and manage financing facilities across consumer and commercial asset classes.
• Assist in execution and closing of ABS/CLO transactions; manage deal process and engage with Rating Agencies, Trustees, and Legal Counsel.
• Prepare key transaction materials and liaise with internal/external groups for deal execution.
• Lead due diligence sessions and coordinate with internal sales teams to message investments to clients.
