Qualifications

• 7+ years of structural/heavy civil construction experience
• 3+ years in a Superintendent/foreman level role preferred
• Experience with bridges, precast, concrete, foundations and structural systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
• Strong safety leadership and OSHA knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily structural construction activities with self-perform crews and subs
• Plan and coordinate concrete, formwork, reinforcing steel, foundations and related operations
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and deliveries to maintain production
• Develop and execute short-term and look-ahead work plans
• Review drawings, specs, submittals and contract requirements
• Oversee concrete operations: formwork, reinforcement, pours, finishing and curing
• Coordinate crane operations, rigging, and material staging
• Monitor daily production, labor productivity and cost performance
• Identify issues early and develop solutions to avoid delays
• Coordinate with PMs, Eng, other superintendents, inspectors and clients
• Maintain accurate daily reports of manpower, equipment, progress and delays
