Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in a supervisorial role.
• Minimum of 10 years as a foreman/supervisor in highway heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices.
• Understanding of cost management, planning and scheduling.
• Experience managing crews of 20+ workers.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Time management and multitasking are crucial.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop craft personnel.
