• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Minimum ten years of building construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Field job with exposure to outdoor conditions and weather.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 35 lbs and various mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractor, inspectors, and document project progress.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare technical reports; guide inspectors and testers.
