Job summary

Consor is seeking a Group Manager for the Structural Assessment practice to lead field inspection teams and oversee reports to protect public safety. You will coordinate inspections, manage schedules, and interact with bridge owners and agencies while ensuring high-quality, profitable work.

The role blends field and office duties, including report review and client liaison, with opportunities to guide staffing decisions and develop staff in a dynamic transportation consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead the work of others and maintain relationships.
• Experience running projects to deliver high-quality, profitable work and client satisfaction.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders to serve their needs with quality work.
• Knowledge of bridge inspection methods and NBIS-related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspections of assigned bridges and prepare reports on conditions.
• Perform in-depth inspections using non-destructive testing and access equipment.
• Assess post-incident bridge conditions and recommend actions with respect to closures.
