Job summary

Consor is seeking a senior bridge design engineer to provide technical guidance on due diligence, investigation, remediation, and construction of load‑bearing bridges and related transportation facilities. You’ll lead research, design, planning, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver safe, compliant structures.

This hybrid role blends office and field work. You’ll mentor staff, manage design tasks from planning to construction, and ensure projects meet budget and schedule while

Qualifications

BS Civil/Structural Engineering required.
Minimum 6+ years of transportation engineering experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Proficiency in Microstation, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
Hybrid role – office and field environment; may face varying conditions.
Physical demands include sitting, standing, and occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support on a variety of bridge projects.
Lead successful delivery of high-quality projects within budget and on schedule.
Collaborate with teams and lead transportation and bridge groups from concept to construction.
Identify and develop creative engineering solutions based on client and site constraints.
