Job summary

Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF), a key facility of Roeslein & Associates in Red Bud, IL, specializes in modular systems for energy, beverage can, and industrial sectors. The role reports to the Fabrication Team Leader and focuses on structural welds, pipe fabrication, and unitized systems for can lines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Certification or degree in welding from a technical program strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of welding experience strongly preferred.
• Must pass Roeslein welding certifications (3G/4G) and bend test.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform welds to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural and carbon steel in 3G, 4G, and 2F fillet weld positions using FCAW and GMAW.
• Operate safety equipment and maintain safe work habits.
• Layout, position, align, and secure parts prior to assembly.
• Inspect work for defects and ensure conformance to specs.
• Read blueprints and use measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Maintain attendance and follow safety and company policies.
