Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred.
• Experience operating various equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, ISOs and other technical documents is required.
• Strong math and problem solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform PM on assigned machines.
• Safely set up, calibrate, clean and operate equipment including brake press, shear, CNC plasma cutting table, forklift, metal saw, iron worker, drill press, laser table, beam line, and watts cutting table.
• Troubleshoot equipment and adjust machine settings within skills and abilities.
• Prepare parts using measuring tools.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure conformance with specifications; perform daily maintenance as outlined by PM system.
